Our secondary glazed vertical sliders are designed from the ground up to fit over traditional sliding sash or modern ‘mock sash’ windows. As one of the most popular window styles found in listed buildings, they use tensioned balances to support the sashes, letting them slide up and down easily. When happy, counterbalanced hardware allows the sash to be left in any desired position.
We also produce a deluxe vertical sliding option with sashes that tilt in addition to sliding for maximum cleaning ability and flexibility.
The Classic Collection represents Incarnation’s standard range of secondary glazing solutions, well-suited to installers seeking an ideal solution to insulate Listed buildings and rural properties. The collection features every conceivable secondary glazing configuration for every type of project. Ranging from Lift out, Fixed, Hinged, and more.
Note: all sizes are for guidance only, and depend on several factors (including glass and subframe). Units and styles outside of those listed are sometimes possible – please contact us for advice.

While the idea behind secondary glazing is for it to go unnoticed, there are several extras we can incorporate into our units while still maintaining this sentiment. Fly screens, for example, are a completely clear addition that allows properties to be easily ventilated, simultaneously preventing flies and bugs from getting in. Equally, units can be supplied in any desired shape with arches, helping you to accommodate even the most awkward of aperture sizes.Get a quote
There are multiple glazing options, styles, and thicknesses possible with our range of horizontal secondary glazed units, each designed to enhance either safety & security, thermal efficiency or noise reduction. All secondary glazing comes pre-glazed with 4mm clear glass as standard, but available iterations include laminated, toughened, float, low-E, and more.Get a quote
All our secondary glazing is available in three standard colour choices of White, anodised Aluminium or Brown, but all frames can be sprayed in any RAL colour for an extra cost. As an option, Timber subframes come prefinished in white as standard (stained brown for brown frames). They can be supplied unfinished, or – for an extra cost – painted in any conceivable colour.
